Governance of Organizations

Governance of Organizations is an interdisciplinary undergraduate programme in Poland designed for students who want to build a strong foundation in management, leadership, law, communication, public administration, and modern organisational structures. The programme focuses on how organisations are governed, how decision-making processes work, and how modern institutions function from legal, administrative, communication, and social perspectives. The curriculum is structured around three main areas: political science and administration, law, and communication and media. Students gain knowledge in subjects such as Basics of Organization and Management, Public Law Framework for Organizations, EU Law Framework for Organizations, Diplomacy and International Relations, White-Collar Crimes, Governing and Regulating Emerging Technologies, and Cyber Security in Organizations.

For international students who want to study governance and organisation management in Poland, this programme aims to develop both interdisciplinary knowledge and practical skills required in today’s labour market. Students strengthen their competencies in project-based work, conflict management, argumentation, public speaking, the use of artificial intelligence, business communication, political communication, and teamwork. The language of instruction is English, and the curriculum also includes intensive foreign language training, preferably German, up to the B2 level.
