The Global-MINDS program is a Joint Master's Degree in Psychology of Global Mobility, Inclusion and Diversity in Society. This comprehensive 2-year program is delivered in English and designed to provide high-quality international training in scientific knowledge and practical skills in the field of social and cultural psychology. To apply for this program, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent and meet the English language proficiency requirements.
The program offers two mobile study paths, with students studying in at least two Partner Universities. Path 1 consists of the first semester in Warsaw and the second semester in Oslo or Limerick, with the fourth semester at the university chosen for the first or second semester. Path 2 consists of the first semester in Lisbon and the second semester in Limerick or Oslo, with the fourth semester at the university chosen for the first or second semester.
During the course of study, students gain first-hand intercultural experience while participating in an internship and writing a research-based M.A. thesis. The program equips students with in-depth knowledge on themes relevant to the current social and business environment, including culture, organizations, diversity and inclusion, as well as global mobility and cultural adaptation.
The Global-MINDS Consortium Partner Universities are University of Limerick, ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute, University of Oslo, and SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Each of the universities is recognized for their academic contribution to Social Sciences, and students will have an opportunity to learn from an international team of world-renowned scholars and experts in their respective disciplines.
In addition to the academic curriculum, an international network of associate partners, such as private companies, civil society organizations, public service providers, practitioners, policy makers, governmental organizations, and NGOs, will provide valuable student internships and assistance in finding employment opportunities for graduates of the program.
