5-Year DMD (Dentistry) Program | Medical University of Łódź

The 5-year Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program at the Medical University of Łódź is specifically designed for international students seeking a world-class dental education taught in English in Central Europe. Curriculum Overview

• Clinical Years (Years 3-5): Students transition into advanced clinical subjects, such as internal diseases, neurology, otolaryngology, oral surgery, conservative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and implantology.

The curriculum also integrates IT and biostatistical training, alongside social sciences and humanities such as medical ethics, the history of medicine, and sociology. A major emphasis is placed on professional development, bedside manner, effective patient communication, and an understanding of the psychosocial aspects of oral health.
