Environmental Engineering specialisation: Multienergy Systems at Warsaw University of Technology is a second-cycle (Master’s) programme focused on the design, analysis, and optimisation of modern integrated energy systems.
The programme combines environmental engineering with key areas such as renewable energy, energy storage, power engineering, gas systems, and district heating. It prepares specialists capable of working with complex multi-energy infrastructures integrating electricity, heat, and gas networks.
Students develop advanced skills in energy system modelling, computational methods, optimisation techniques, energy efficiency, and environmental impact assessment. The curriculum focuses on sustainable and low-emission energy systems aligned with global energy transition needs.
A strong emphasis is placed on project-based learning (PBL) in cooperation with industry partners, enabling students to gain practical experience by solving real engineering problems.
Graduates are prepared for careers in energy companies, renewable energy sector organisations, consulting firms, research and development institutions, and public administration bodies involved in energy transition and environmental protection.
